With its location on the cliff between Denia and Javea with a direct view of the wide sea, the villa 'Vent Fresc' is certainly unique. The architecture discreetly quotes the local Spanish architectural style without imitating it.

Away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by old pine trees, you can enjoy the sea with all its aspects from the two terraces facing the sea and partly covered. In the morning for breakfast and in the evening for a sundowner with a view of Cabo San Antonio, the sun comes to visit, during the day there are enough sunny and shady places for every taste and the wind from the sea creates a pleasant climate even without air conditioning.

The proximity to the sea and easy access to several bathing spots in the vicinity with good places for swimming and diving.

Vent Fresc' is more cosy than prestigious, it is the place to share with good friends to experience unforgettable hours. Accordingly, the furnishings of the living rooms (2), bedrooms (3), kitchens (2), toilets (1) and bathrooms (3) are of high quality but kept simple.

From the two partially covered vehicle parking spaces, one reaches the kitchen, which is open to the living room, via a staircase, a patio and a cloakroom. The large living and dining room has a glass front interrupted by an open fireplace with sea views. Large sliding doors lead to a spacious, partly covered terrace which also has an open fireplace and whose railings are partly made of glass to provide an uninterrupted view of the sea.

Via a short corridor, accessible from the end of the living/dining room, there is a guest toilet, a bedroom with bathroom, a sauna with relaxation room and shower as well as a large storage and utility room on this level, where the central heating is also located. The room could be converted into another bedroom.

The lower living area, with its own entrance, consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and its own partly covered terrace. It is accessible via an internal staircase, from the upper cloakroom, as well as via an external staircase from the patio. As the interior staircase has a lockable door, the upper and lower living areas can also be used separately.

In addition to the necessary electricity and water connections, the house also has two cisterns that are fed from the roofs and terraces. The garden is equipped with an automatic irrigation system (Gotta-Gotta). There is no sewer connection, the waste water is treated via a septic tank (Fosa Septica).

Vent Fresc' is located in the Zona Verde, a kind of nature conservation zone, where structural changes may require special permission.
